Admission Process

Admissions are open to both boys and girls on merit basis. Parents are required to be present during the interview. Admission forms are available from the school office.

Four Simple Steps

From Enquiry to Enrolment

Register with the Office

Collect and complete the prescribed registration form, available from the school office on payment.

Written Test & Interview

Sit the admission test (minimum 50% required) and interview on dates notified on the School Notice Board. Parents must attend the interview.

Submit Documents

4 passport-size photos (1"×2"), school leaving certificate, birth certificate/B-Form, and parent/guardian CNIC copy.

Admission Granted

The Founder approves admission on merit. Admission fees once paid are non-refundable. Welcome to the KCS family!

Pre-Nursery	2½ to 3 years
Nursery	3 to 4 years
Kindergarten	4 to 5 years
Class I	5 to 6 years
Class II	6 to 7 years
Class III	7 to 8 years
Class IV	8 to 9 years
Class V	9 to 10 years
Class VI	10 to 11 years
Class VII	11 to 12 years
Class VIII	12 to 13 years
Class IX / Sr. I	13 to 14 years
Class X / Sr. II	14 to 15 years

Before You Apply

Documents Required

Please attach the following with your child's application. Forms are available from the school office on payment.

Four 1"x2" coloured photographs
School leaving certificate (if applicable)
Birth certificate / B-Form
Parent / guardian CNIC copy
Minimum 50% marks in the admission test (each subject)

Monthly dues are due by the 10th; late fee applies after the due date
